Hi, I would like to thank Sky for their help today, I spoke to someone on the phone and he was very helpful we was on the phone for a while and we was trying to fix the problem with my SkyQ box, we could not fix the problem but he got a technician out to me that day, which was amazing. The Technician I think his name was Dan, was really good too, really thorough. Thank you all.
