I am emailing you to tell you how great your staff member Anna McGhee is. I was very close to leaving sky for one reason or another and she very calmly helped me out of a situation and helped me renew my contract. She is an asset to your team and I cannot commend her enough, please can you make sure she gets a mention or a personal thank you from management. It’s a shame we cannot choose who we deal with on the phone as I would choose Anna every time, helpful, kind and thoughtful a true ambassador for great customer service.
