I spoke to an extraordinarily helpful advisor on 11th of this month, I believe her name was Nancy, and I wanted to leave my feedback. What an experience, she saved me a lot of my money whilst delivering a slightly better package than what I was on and also giving me a great broadband package.
I have already recommended sky mobile to my 2 daughters who have transferred from ee to sky amid getting much better deals and I just can't thank sky enough for rewarding customer loyalty, which is unheard of these days.
