I did not catch the name of the engineer who came out to my property yesterday for a box issue but he truly is a credit to your organisation.

 

He was very knowledgeable, explained what had happened and resolved the issue very quickly. He had some interesting tales to tell as we were both F1 fans. He made the visit so much more enjoyable. I wish all service personnel across various trades were like him!

 

I do hope you can find my details via my account as I do think he should be told of the positive feedback. Working in complaints and customer service myself, I know that it is rare people pass on compliments.
