Problems installing FFTP so it was cancelled by the Openreach Engineer and Craig at Sky. then received an email saying this was going to cost £211 as i was cancelling FTTC super fast braodband. Not happy.
Cameron sorted this out very quickly and sent a text confirming this was a glitch. He then also sorted out the sound drop weve experienced for some time. Extrememly helpful, knowlegable and patient.
