Re: How to send Thanks to Sky
Hi. After a less than enjoyable two years with BT for TV, broadband and phone, we decided to take up an account with Sky (we'd had one before, but switched to BT because we mistakenly thought it would save us money and so on).
Our first contact was with a person in Sales - sorry I can't recall the name - who very patiently walked us through the process of picking out a suitable package for us. He asked lost of questions, and did a truly impressive job of tailoring a package that would be a good fit for us. His explanations were at all times clear and concise, and he answered our numerous questions in a most professional manner. By the end of the call we were 100% satisfied that we were getting exactly what we wanted to have. The advisor was never pushy, we never felt that we were under any pressure to have this kit or that package - it was all handled very pleasantly.
The subsequent stages all went really well.. The engineer turned up promptly, and carried out his task quickly and efficiently. His manner was excellent throughout, and his patience with my stupid questions was considerable! When theinstallation was complete, he cleaned up after himself and then spent time talking us through the operation of our new Sky Q box, with full and clear explanations of all aspects.
Next up (and about a week or so later), was the activation of our broadband and mobile packages. At every stage, the process was smooth and professional, no hiccups whatsoever. I had occasion to make a couple of calls to your technical line, but these were to get assistance with something I wasn't sure about, not to rectify an issue. The people I spoke to were, once again, very professional in their conduct of the calls, and their general telephone manner was first class.
As of this morning, all aspects of our combined package are up and running, and we are delighted with it all. We really have been impressed, at every turn, by the can-do approach of your colleagues, and by their friendliness, helpful demeanour and general professionalism. Absolutely first class, all the way.
