Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

After having waited 6 months for sky to even connect me after my original order, and many long phone calls (up to 1hour) and many issues where no one in the company had an answer for me or even knew what the problem was... other than incompetence-  it only took me 3 mins to cancel!

 

fantastic customer service WHEN LEAVING SKY... extremely TERRIBLE customer service when actually a paying customer!... thanks for the problems.

 

I'm now with another provider who set me up no problem and within the original timeframe. Also with 3x the speed for less money per month 🤷‍♀️👌
