Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Hi,

Just had a really helpful call with Alan to change my sky package.  I wasn't able to leave feedback immediately but I wanted to say how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable he was.  Definitely 10/10.  I hope this can get added to his list of highly satisfied customers.  Thanks!
