Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I would like to thank Sri for helping me last night! He was very helpful and sorted my bill for me. He was polite and well mannered! I was very confused after receiving a new phone then sending it back and still had its bill coming up on my app, yet he has corrected it now and he's also arranged a call for us to sort another issue out which is very professional. He explained everything straightforward and in great detail! Thank you to Sri in the Mobile department I couldn't have done it without you! @Sri
