Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I would like to thank Andrea, who I spoke to after ringing the sky customer service number, and going through the options to the broadband team and then the not working team (hopefully you can find the right person!).

I rang up yesterday when the openreach engineers turned up over a week early to put in my new phone line for Sky and activated it. I didnt have a Sky hub, and my Internet wasn't due to be installed/activated till the 8th March.

She was so incredibly helpful, efficient, polite and kind, and she did her absolute best to try and help me, going above and beyond, and gave me a solution to sorting the issue.

She then followed up the next day confirming what she had done, and offering further suggestions and recommendations.

I cannot stress enough how much I appreciated her efforts and solutions for me, she was an absolute star!

This was my first real experience with Sky/ the Sky team/an issue with Sky, as I'm only just switching over and it was such a positive experience that has confirmed I made the right decision. I hope any further interactions are so positive!

So if you could pass on a thanks or a commendation to her I would really appreciate it.

I'm very optimistic about my future with Sky.
