Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Good Morning,

I would like to leave feedback for a gentleman called Brendan who is in the Retentions team.

Last night around 8.00pm we spoke about renewing our Sky package, he dealt with this very professionally, he was very understanding and explained everything in fine detail, he went the extra mile to try and find a sky package to suit us.

We are highly satisfied with our new 18 month contract and he is a true credit & assets to your Sky Team.

I would like to give Brendan a 10 star rating I would give more if I could, thank you Brendan for all your help and advice.
