Just had a sky engineer come out called Mark who set up our sky q box. He was so friendly and just amazing with our dog and little boy! He was just such a pleasure to be around and was so refreshing seeing someone who loves his job. I want to leave him a good review so he's recognised for his attitude and hard work.
