Experienced great service this morning from sky TV department sorting out which started off to be a saga with my vip rewards. However, very satisfied with today's outcome. And could not fault the person I spoke to, Asaad;my apologies if my spelling is wrong. 

 

Was suppose to recieve a text for sky survey but never arrived. Hope this feedback helps.
