I called today to cancel my subscription.
I ended up on a call to a super helpful Scottish chap called Stuart, who walked me through my payments, sold me some other **bleep** and left me feeling better off at the end of it. He had a great telephone manner and was an excellent salesman. Give that guy a pay rise because I was on my way to BT.
