Today my husband and I had an sky engineer visit our home to sort out a problem we had with our internet connection.
This young woman ( Emily ) was assigned to do the work and I have to say "she is an absolute credit to your company". Her professionalism mixed with her ability to communicate easily with the customer in such a friendly manner is outstanding. She is one of the nicest people that I've had visit my home to carry out repairs. I didn't want to give her a 5 out of 5 for completing the task she was designated to, to our satisfaction over a standard text message. She really deserves acknowledgment on a more personal level. I hope you can track down this particular engineer and give her a pat on the back, I'm sure if an employee is not up to standard your company let's them know pretty sharpish. So I'd like to think the same happens when they deserve credit!
