Re: How To Send Thanks To Sky

I wanted to tell the people in charge at Sky Head Office what fantastic engineers you have working for you. I had a problem with my SkyQ box last year and needed an engineer to visit my home to sort the problem out. The engineer who came out was called Luke Moss who I can only describe as a wonderful ambassador for Sky. He was extremely polite, friendly, knew his product and proceeded to solve the problem for me. He gave me a lot of useful information and when I said that I was thinking about getting the Sky SoundBox, he did no more than order it for me whilst also getting me some discount.

I then had a problem with my router and this week (3rd September) I had a visit from another engineer, Michael  Challoner.  He was also extremely polite and courteous with a great sense of humour, very similar to that of Luke. He also knew his products and proceeded to sort my problem out. 

 

I am absolutely delighted with the service that Sky has and continues to give me and these two engineers are a credit to Sky.  I would and do recommend Sky to people that I know and part of the reason for this is that your customer service and the professionalism of your engineers is second to none. Nothing would make leave Sky and without even knowing that they had done it, both engineers sold Sky and the service purely from the way that they spoke about the company. In my opinion, they should both be rewarded in some way.

 

Please ensure that you pass on my comments to Luke and Michael and to the ‘Powers that be’.
