I don’t usually leave reviews but feel the advisor I spoke to today was so kind and helpful I needed to let his manager know. His name is Mohammed and he managed to cut my bill in half 👍🏼 We also had a very nice conversation I think he could tell I was feeling down. I honestly felt like I was talking to someone I’ve known forever. We talked about why I’m feeling down and about life in general. Such a wonderful kind young man, he’s helped me feel better about things and the tough situation I am facing. Please can you let him and his manager know how happy I am with the service I received. I know I kept him on the phone for a while but he really made a difference to my mood today and I wouldn’t shut up once I started talking. Thank you Mohammed you made my day I wish you all the best for the future, hopefully we will chat again some day 😊
