Hi
I didn't receive a customer feedback text questionnaire after speaking with a member of the broadband tech team, so I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience it was. The person I spoke to (sorry, I can't remember his name) was so helpful and even called back some minutes later, after looking further into our account/issue, so that he could book an engineer. He was very polite and really wanted to help achieve the best outcome for me. Thank you, he was an asset the the sky brand!
