How To Send Thanks To Sky

Spoke to Sky yesterday to see if I could get even better value from my Sky Package. I spoke with a lady called Julie from the Billing Department. Not only did she get me a good deal  but also did this with a high degree of 

professionalism coupled with excellent producy knowledge. At no time did I feel that I was being pressured in any way and her humour and inter-personal skills were second to none. Julie is a real assett to Sky and her department and the maximum award of 10 does not come close to my appreciation.
