I don't know who it was I spoke to. My issue was that I had some confusing bills due to when I got sky installed and because I changed the date Sky takes thir payment. The person on the phone was able to go over my bill and I was easily able to follow along and the billing is correct. Thanks to whoever it was that made it easy to follow along to see that yes, the billing is correct even though it looks rather odd.
