How To Send Thanks To Sky

I want to send a massive thank you to a guy called Craig who helped me with changing my TV package yesterday. Very helpful and cheerful and a nice little Scottish accent to go with it! I felt so at ease with him and he was swift and clear and I really hope this message finds him! I believe he works in the cancellation crew of the TV department? 

Anyway, I am very grateful! There was also a lady named Alice who was also very attentive and helpful! Would like to say Thanks to her if possible!
