Please say thank you to 20yo Chloe in the leaving department. She was extremely calm whilst dealing with my partner when he wasn't very happy with our internet service. She did a fabulous job. We even ended up having a good laugh in the end. I never received the email to leave feedback for her so I will do it here. 10/10 on everything.
