Re: How To Send Thanks To Sky

I have had multiple difficulties with my internet connection over the last few days and Lesley from the Broadband Technical Team in the UK dedicated over an hour of her day to try and help me resolve the issue from several fronts. Although it resulted in an engineer being called out, I could tell that was deeply vested in the situation and was going to all lengths to satisfy the customer and I believe that she should be recognised for that effort.
