Just had Sky engineer Andy to install dish and set up my Sky TV. BRILLIANT customer service - polite, friendly, SUPER-HELPFUL and patient. He wouldn't let go of any problem, kept trying, and calling people until the various issues were resolved. Cannot praise his attitude highly enough. Sky - you're lucky to have such fantastic representation!
