I am a new customer to sky and my initial experience was not great at all.

 

After talking too 4 usless advisers I was transferred to Ashley in the department where I wanted to cancel my plan.

 

This girl is fab! Her customer service is brilliant.

I nearly left Sky but Ashley managed to twist my arm to stay.
