I've never had a problem with any of the Sky staff I've spoken to on the phone.
The person I spoke to on the phone when I oordered a Sky Q accessable remote could not have been nicer or more helpful. I did not get her name. Next time I call, I'll ask for a name so I can post here so the proper recognition can be given.
