I spoke with one of your team in Northern Ireland last night, I didn't catch his name but it was around 6pm and it was regarding my broadband not working. I just wanted to write in and say this is the first time i've had a great call experience with SKY. He was so helpful and very chatty which was great - so many SKY employees sound like robots and like their just reading from a script so it was great to feel like i was talking to an actual person. He also made me aware of SKY mobile which previously i thought would never be an option for me but he told me all of the perks of it and when the time is right I will definitely be trying out SKY mobile. All in all 10/10 for customer service 🙂
