After hours on the phone to various agents and departments over the past few days I was finally grateful to get through to a very helpful lady called Nicola in the cancellation team who managed to sort my problem out, help me reduce bill and offered a good Will gesture too. She went above and beyond to help recognising how much stress it’s caused me. Thank you!
