This is just to acknowledge the excellent service we received from one of your SKY Engineer on Saturday 23rd March 2019 (installation of the Sky Q box). His name is Dean. His service, his execution, his knowledege and his professionalism was outstanding. He truly represented Sky and provided an excellent service.
