yesterday I had sky q installed. From the beginning it was never going to be a straight forward install. So many times we are provided with a great service and the people that are front of house of the organisation providing the service are overlooked. So I wanted to take 5 minutes to say say a big thank you to my engineer yesterday (I think his name was Matt). He was polite, informative and genuinely nice chap. He did his absolute best to find a positive solution under quite tight restraints from sky. If only all customer service could be provided by someone like Matt! He was also joined by a colleague later on (Tony), who I have met before. He also deserves a mention. Thanks guys!!
