On 2nd October 2019 I spoke to one of your Sky engineers for broadband/wifi issues. Dani was extremely helpful, he sat by for nearly 2 hours trying to help me sort out my issues with my router/wifi. Instead of being robotic, he was nice to speak to (while I had to restart my router dozens of times) and he taught me some computer science whilst we tried to sort out our issues.

 

Although I have to wait and see if the issue is fixed, he was extremely humble (he told me not to leave a review) but I felt that I had to because of his brilliant customer service.

 

Great work Dani, keep telling your "shady" software experiences to brighten up people's days! :))
