I didn’t receive a feedback survey after my phonecall but I had excellent service and wanted to say thank you again. Curt from what I assume was the Glasgow branch dealt with my problem this evening (17/4/19) at 8:10pm and he was very polite, professional, and explained everything well. Cannot fault his customer service, he made what can be a stressful situation very easy so thank you again!
