We had an engineer visit on Sunday afternoon for an issue with SkyQ, he quickly confirmed my suspicions that the box was just showing its age and replaced it, set it up and checked all was fine. Thorough, punctual and friendly, really happy with the service. The one time I was actually hoping to be asked for feedback! I didn't catch his name but hopefully it's linked to my profile so this can be passed on
