Just got off the phone with Dan a few minutes ago. (I believe that's his name, I do not know anything else other than that he has an Irish accent, his mum went to see Pink and that he's an early riser.) 

I was going to cancel my Sky subscription, until he offered a "Pick and Mix" package that is the Entertainment package. He was very, very polite and helpful in talking me through the options and prices available. It was nice for him to take his time to explain the contract and what it entailed, including the VIP service in which Sky offers for events. 10/10, I would definitely recommend his services as he was very patient in talking me through the offer.
