I would like to thank Gary from the broadband help team(enquiry number 1277480677).I had been running at a very low speed for a couple of months and had changed leads and filters with no joy, after he had run a line test he managed to find a fault externally and contacted open reach on my behalf to book an engineer which was sorted within two days,(with past experience of open reach that is unbelievably fast)I am now running ten times faster than before. He was very helpful and went beyond what I had expected and I am very great full.
