I had the pleasure of discussing my mobile and broadband options with a scottish gentleman called Graham on Tuesday 10th September PM. He immediately understood what I was looking for in regrad to my mobile phone requirements and set everything up whilst I was on the phone with him.

He then checked my broadband package and identified a better package in terms of speed/coverage at a lower cost!!!

I know I have committed to Sky for 12 - 18 months but I doubt very much another supplier would be able to match what I now have in place.

Graham was knowlegable, courteous, efficient and polite and is a credit to the SKY team.

Also well done SKY for encouraging customer loyalty ensuring existing customers are eligible for the latest offers and promotions.
