I don't normally give feedback - but I wanted to say thank you to the customer support team and engineer that fixed my recent problem. The service from Sky has improved so much - it really is a benchmark for other companies to aspire to. Over the past year or so, the service has been really great. It makes a difference - I've been a customer for more than 16 years and its a reason I wouldnt switch.
