I just had the most amazing engineer visit to repair my Sky system today - 4.9.19. He is called Nick (RG18 area). He kept me up to date with his arrival time, he had a 'can-do' attitude, he sorted out a number of issues that were becoming an absolute headache to me; he worked quickly and was a thouroughly nice guy.
