I am currently setting up account with sky for channels and broadband. The service so far is great all my questions answered but I must say today 18-07 Wednesday - about 7pm I rang to follow up about phone line engineer calling out, got through to Glenn, who was the most informative helpful person I have spoken to on the phone all week! Really informative answered every question and query I had and really made me excited to be expecting sky to be installed this Monday and he also was able to arrange the phone line engineer to call on the same day! Which is ideal and he also is going to follow up with a call to me Tuesday as I may want to alter my channels that I have chosen. Big thanks to Glen, he is an asset to your team, need more like him on the phones!
