Hi.. I've recently moved house and during a very stressful time have had to ring Sky more than once. Stan, I think his name was, from Technical, helped me sort out my broadband issue very quickly & all over the phone! He was great! 

I was giving him some feedback at the end of the call when we were cut off, so I hope this gets back to him! Thank you!!
