We've had Sky Q installed today and my wife said the engineers were absolutely fantastic. The dish was too high (3 storeys) but he managed to call & arrange for the special access engineer to come at short notice. They were both friendly, professional, courteous and provided exceptional customer experience that sky should be really proud of. It's recognised you must get a lot of complaints so please do pass on this case of a job very well done. Thanks again
