I can honestly say this is the first time I've gone out of my way to give good feedback but it is so well deserved! I spoke to someone on the phone today and he was so helpful, I was unfortunately cancelling my broadband but the process was so easy and simple - not like I have had with other providers! And I had similar great experiences when setting up my broadband too! Really impressed with the service at all stages and I will definitely be coming back to Sky in the future! Honestly couldn't fault the staff or service from start to finish, 10/10 - thank you!
