After 18 years of Sky , changed to Sky Q. The process could not have been handled more smoothly, replacing  the aerial with a more modern version (Neater too)!. 

The Engineer (Phillip) was superb, explained everything throughly & even called back when My Hub kept dropping one of the Mini boxes. Placed a booster &  linked it all up. Working brilliantly.

I have to say, It is a great system I throughly recommend.  The whole process from start to finish was exemplary.

Felt I must pass along my thanks to all at Sky . However, Thank you most of all to Sky Engineer Philip.
