Me and my girlfriend would like to thank steven from the cancellations department and George (unfortunately unsure of what department he worked on).  After what was a frustrating first couple of weeks after joining sky (mainly down to confusion) these gents and their managing team definitely made up for it. They are a massive credit to sky and retained customers that were otherwise going to leave, but due to their friendly and professional customer service this thankfully wasn't the case. Faith has been restored, thank you.
