I would like to send my thanks to Peter who helped me on the phone with a sky broadband connection issue I have been experiencing. He spent almost an hour, maybe more, on the phone with me diagnosing the problem and helped me to stabilise my internet connection. I'd like to thank him for his patience and his pleasant demeanour throughout the call, it must be a really hard job he has to do and he does it very well. Thank you, Peter!
