Hi 

i just wanted to pass on my thanks regarding Dave , Sky engineer in the West Yorkshire area around Leeds. Got my Sky Service back up and running ,put anew box in place. Was professional , arrived promptly , sorted out the mini box as well. Just wanted to say thank you.. Also thanks to telephone support who tried to resolve the issue and took time and patience but it needed an engineer.
