Outstanding Service

After several hours attempting to set up Sky Broadband and speaking to Sky staff in many countries of the world most of whom had no idea of how to help me move my broadband from Now to Sky, I finally found Farhana in Newcastle. She was amazing. She assured me I would not lose my landline number (Most of your staff said I would) and talked me through the process of moving. She also assured me I did not need to buy a tablet to keep the cost of the connection down. This was suggested by a chap in India. He said the broadband would be £25 a month but it would be reduced by £4 a month if I used up unused data to part pay for a tablet. Saving £96  in 2 years on the cost of broadband and contributing to the cost of a tablet which would cost me £2.30 a month for 3 years. Farhana assured me the cost would be £21 a month with no need for a tablet.

Farhana told me her manager is Stephen Wearmouth. I feel her service requires acknowledgement.

 

Also, Lindsay had been very helpful. I spoke to her earlier in the day. She was unsure whether or not I could save my landline number and texted me at 6pm to say she had been in a meeting and was advised I could not keep my landline. She really tried to help me.

 

This morning Susan, from Homemove, reassured me I could keep my number. She too tried her hardest to reassure me that the Broadband was set up and the landline safe.

 

Thanks to the 3 ladies mentioned above  I will hopefully be able to join Sky broadband.
