Outstanding Customer Service

I wanted to say a very public thank you to Alisha who helped me today via live chat (upgrades). I had a breakdown earlier this year and got into an absolute mess with my Sky account, including arrears, and returning all my equipment in frustration at a number of issues.

 

I was dreading contacting customer services as it would have meant discussing my [health] reasons for getting into such a mess. However, Alisha listened, and together, fixed all my issues and sorted me a replacement Sky Q box (at reduced cost).

 

I cannot praise or thank her enough. You made, what could have been a very difficult chat very easy and I am so greatful for the fantastic customer service.
