Spoke to a lovely gentleman called Ivor I think , we lost our apps on our q box , and rang him for help.
He patiently took us through the reset process to fix our problem , he was lovely , polite and friendly and very knowledgeable.
He is a credit to Sky services , and deserves 10/10 for his help.
