Just a quick thanks

After 35 minutes chatting with Jasmin(Jas) from Sky mobile loyalty section she promised me a staff survey to complete. So here it is. Excellent helpful clear. 
I hope Sky recruit more pleasant staff like her to make telephone calls simpler n more understandable. 
She cut through the red tape efficiently!!!
